… Is No Longer Trading!
Over the past twenty years, Delene Burman has sold properties in Lakeside, Muizenberg, St James, Kalk Bay, and Clovelly, on Cape Town’s exquisite False Bay coastline on the Cape Peninsula. This followed twenty years as an agent, sectional title expert, valuer, and property investor in Gauteng.
Delene would like to thank all her clients, colleagues, and friends for their wonderful support.
“I’m finally retiring… and, yes, this time I mean it! We have been on amazing property journeys together, learned from each other, and created lasting friendships still valued today. Now I have time to enjoy my coastal paradise even more, but I still want to share it with you. So let’s believe we’ll meet again… on the beach, at the Olympia or Brass Bell, on the mountain or at Cape Point!
In the meantime, I’m still only a phone call away for a chat: +27 83 788 1960.
Clients: I will happily refer you to other friendly agents in this region.
Agents: Do you like this website? It’s almost- new, powerful, unique… and FOR SALE!
Feel free to browse… and imagine it with your own branding.”
“I often say that I live in Paradise! Then I have to explain that it’s not a suburb name, just the best word I can think of to describe an area that feels to me like heaven on earth. The exquisite beauty of the Cape coastline is famous around the world.
It’s just amazing to think that I can actually live here, on the side of a mountain (a nature reserve) overlooking False Bay. I can see whales from my living room window, breathe sea air and walk or cycle to the beach for my daily swim.
Kalk Bay and neighbouring St James and Muizenberg offer a huge variety of leisure options and I take advantage of as many of these as I can, whenever I can!
See my blog for the latest fun I’m having! And, for more information, see Local Info.”
Nestled below Muizenberg Mountain and Silvermine nature reserve, this area is famous for great waves at Surfer’s Corner Muizenberg, colourful beach huts at the St James tidal pool, and charming Kalk Bay Harbour with fishing boats, restaurants, and vibrant art, craft, and clothing shops. Forbes Magazine named Kalk Bay one of the 12 coolest neighbourhoods in the world.
